It is our companies policy to systematically inform all employees about quality expectation, to encourage the sense of ownership for the defined quality targets and to train all personnel accordingly.

Even more than technical equipment the attitude of our employees is the final key for outstanding quality. A continuous improvement process powered by creativeness and dialog results in a permanent quality upgrade.

Order Management

Together with our sales department the order management staff is clarifying the orders technically. After producing a CAD-drawing the order is scheduled in our production - at the same time all accessories are planed.

Only when these steps are completed a reliable delivery time can be confirmed.
